Photocopy of a Power and Gas Investigation report concerning Dr. John R. Brinkley's attempt to establish a telephone line from Milford, Kan. across the Mexican border so he could continue radio broadcasting. The report, by A.M. McDermott, contains a photocopy of a sample contract between Brinkley and the American Telephone and Telegraph Company for construction of the line.
